It’s one of Village’s activities where you can find out again the best courses of Iblean gastronomic tradictions, prepared with genuine products and dressed only with EXTRA VERGINE D’OLIVA DOP MONTI IBLEI oil.
A particular attention goes to the use of genuine products of local production and of an high quality, prepared according to the most traditional and careful procedures.
During all the year the Village organizes lunchs or dinners for groups (on reservation) and we will give you the opportunity to take part in tasting of oils, cheeses, wines or typical products of local farms with the presence of experts. The dishes we propose are really wide and we privilege the use of local meal particularly appreciated in all Siracusa’s province, in addiction to a big variety of typical first dishes, prepared with sicilian spices and the most typical sicilian sweets. We want to specify that oil we use is only EXTRA VERGINE D’OLIVA DOP MONTI IBLEI because it exalt particulary the dishes proposed.
Our pizzeria proposes the most traditional pizzas, with some Village’s proposal prepared by expert “pizzaioli” in a wood-oven. We propose also salads, hors-d’oeuvre and bruschettas with vegetables and typical products, in winter-time we propose legumes.
